You are obliged to provide this data, including copies of documents, as these are necessary for the development of the contractual relations concluded with you and making it possible to execute these contracts as well as for compliance with the requests made by insurance companies and/or the traffic police or other state bodies as a result of the use of the vehicles. Your refusal to provide this data leads to the impossibility of executing the contract(s) concluded with you and puts you in a situation of not being able to benefit from the contracted services.
The recorded information is intended for use by AMS Group and may only be communicated to the following recipients, as appropriate: local/central public authorities, service and goods providers, debt collection/recovery agencies, insurance/reinsurance companies, customs authorities, notary offices, law firms.
According to Law no. 677/2001, with subsequent amendments and completions, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on data and the right not to be subject to an individual decision. You also have the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data*.

The transmission by clients/users of copies of the documents either through the website www.amsgroup.ro, by email (office@amsgroup.ro) or physically by presenting the copies when signing the contract, represents the express consent of the user/client for the processing of personal data.
Also, the copies of the requested documents have a justification purpose, before the Romanian Police, regarding the rental, use, cases of road accidents, car thefts and any criminal case related to the cars mentioned in the rental contract.
